Due to expansion, they are now seeking a reliable and skilled Office Administrator, with the main focus on booking / co-ordinating suitable dates and times for inspections and general administration tasks. This is a permanent full-time position, with an immediate start on offer. They are seeking a candidate that enjoys administration, is process driven, has a vibrant personality and is customer-focused in their approach. Full training will be available so it could also suit a junior looking for a step up in their administrative career.Reporting to the Office Manager, you will work as part of the team in the office as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and scheduling of jobs. Duties will include:Customer Service – Taking calls and managing email enquiries from clients (businesses and the public); discussing services and managing customer feedbackScheduling - Scheduling of all quotes / leads for suitable dates and times for inspections and assisting where needed with the coordination of jobs and repairs into the scheduleAdministration – Email management; data entry into the system for jobs and client files; sending out invoices and following up payments; reviewing and setting up office processes; reporting; stationery and supply managementWe are seeking candidates with a professional yet vibrant personality who also possesses a high level of administrative skills. The ideal person will meet the following criteria:Previous relevant office administration experience - at least 18 months experience is ideal but open to a junior as wellExperience coordinating or scheduling of jobs or technicians would be ideal but not essentialProfessional approach with a high customer service focusStrong administrative skill with highly accurate data entry skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word as well as quoting or accounts systemsStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact with contractors, staff and clientsHigh organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow proceduresGood attention to detail, team focused and a great personalityOn offer is a full time salaried role in a growing company with an excellent culture.
