We are seeking a person experienced in accounts that ideally also has experience providing support for civil or construction projects. You will be involved in multiple projects with tasks including:

We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a projects administration, contracts administrator or accounts role
  • Experience working within a civil or construction company would be ideal
  • Ability to navigate various programs such as Aconex, Payapps, Procore, Hammertech, Bulk Fuel Australia would be advantageous
  • Experience in MYOB
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Paint
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • A self-motivated approach
