Application Support Specialist
Our client is seeking an experienced Application Support Specialist or Developer to provide client support for their SaaS applications in a full time permanent role.

Your role will be responsible for:
- Technical troubleshooting of support cases to understand client issues and identifying root cause analysis
- Ensuring that support requests are logged, monitored and tracked, and providing regular updates to clients to manage expectations
- Diagnosing, managing and escalating bugs/critical product issues to developers
- Testing and validating bug fixes
- Identifying improvements that will enhance the client experience and improve internal processes
- Creating and maintaining support documentation and best practice processes
You will need:
- Experience in a SaaS / web-based environment would be ideal
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Databases and SQL and writing SQL queries
- Excellent communication and customer service/support skills
- A great attitude and always open to learning new technologies
- Team and outcome focussed
