Working Monday to Friday with duties including:

  • Involvement in and support of a wide range of finance – commercial, construction, and residential property finance, business and equipment finance
  • Assessing new finance applications and supporting the team with high quality credit analysis
  • Structuring loans, submitting applications with responsibility through to settlement of clients’ loans in a timely manner
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, Accountants, Solicitors, Valuers, Quantity Surveyors and other strategic alliances
  • Building positive relationships with customers, referrers and other internal / external stakeholders
  • CRM and database management and reporting

We are seeking a professional candidate that meets the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years' recent experience in a similar role
